What is road rage? How does it differ from ordinary aggressive driving?

We probably all encounter aggressive driving at least once or twice on an ordinary day our on the road. During every morning commute we seem to encounter at least one impatient driver who seems compelled to speed, weaving in and out of traffic lanes jockeying for position.
