Saturday afternoon, the relatives of Matthew Sepulveda of Pasadena were witnesses to the tragic wreck that claimed the young man’s life. Mr. Sepulveda had just pulled onto Texas 21 out of the entrance road fronting Bastrop State Park to cross over and meet family members waiting at the Roadhouse Restaurant across the street.
