Jose Garcia Charged after He Runs Red Light Ending in Fatal TX Crash | DENENA | POINTS

Jose Garcia was behind the wheel of a white Dodge pickup truck when he reportedly ran a red light at Addicks Satsuma Road and West Little York in northwest Harris County on Sunday evening around 8. Garcia crashed into a Lexus SUV in the intersection. The violent impact caused the Dodge pickup truck to flip over, ejecting passenger Chase Grbic, who died from his injuries.

Jose Garcia reportedly showed signs of impairment and has been charged with intoxication manslaughter. Garcia and another passenger were not injured in the intersection crash, but two people from the Lexus SUV received minor injuries. Authorities were continuing to investigate the suspected DWI crash.
