Fatal Waller County 3 Vehicle Wreck Blamed on Drunken Driving | DENENA | POINTS

A 20-year-old male driver was behind the wheel on Sunday afternoon around 3:30 on FM 359. He was apparently driving fast and trying to pass other vehicles on the shoulder of the road when he reportedly lost control of his vehicle between Durkin and Royal.

Our Pearland, TX car accident attorneys relate that the man crossed over into lanes of oncoming traffic near Stenzel Road in Brookshire and slammed into a car, killing the driver and injuring a passenger. Then his vehicle spun around and crashed into another car, killing that driver and injuring two more passengers in the fatal Waller County wreck.

The male driver of the vehicle that crossed into oncoming traffic was taken to the hospital along with the other 3 victims his crash injured. Reportedly the man showed signs of intoxication.
