Two other passengers of the Honda, Alexander Moreno, 24, and Jose Aurelio Cantarero Benitez, 48, also died in the deadly intersection wreck. Esquibel, driver and sole survivor from the Honda, was hospitalized in critical condition.
The Dodge pickup truck spun from the wreck impact and flipped onto its side, but the driver received only minor injuries. Police took a blood sample from the driver of the Dodge pickup truck to test for signs of intoxication but found none.
