How the Santa Fe, TX Double Fatal Chain Reaction Wreck Occurred

According to the Santa Fe police, Charles Orsak, 29, was driving his truck westbound on Highway 6 about 7 p.m. on Friday when he rear-ended a Jeep. The forceful impact ejected the driver of the Jeep, Sharon Zakkizadeh, 65, from her vehicle. She was found dead at the scene of the tragic accident by first responders.

The Jeep continued without its driver into the eastbound lane of Highway 6 and crashed into a Honda. The driver of the Honda, 58-year-old Joseph Seymour, was also found dead at the scene of the tragic chain reaction wreck.

Charles Orsak received transport to the UTMB medical center in critical condition. Galveston County paramedics and deputies worked with Santa Fe police to clear the scene of the tragic double fatal accident.
