Thursday just before 6:30 a.m., a Pearland, Texas teen girl was on a cross-country practice run with her high school teammates when a car struck her. She and a teammate had been trying to cross the street by the Pearland Farms subdivision. The accident occurred on Magnolia Road near Veterans.
