Crossing Center Line Crash with 18 Wheeler Claims Life of Roger Hanna | DENENA | POINTS

On Wednesday morning just after 7 a.m., Texas DPS troopers say that 30-year-old Roger Hanna crossed the centerline of U.S. Route 83 and crashed with an 18-wheeler truck and received fatal injuries in Hemphill County. The tragic collision occurred just south of FM 277 between Wheeler, TX and Canadian, TX. Mr. Hanna was driving a southbound Nissan when he struck the northbound 18-wheeler. He was reportedly not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash. Mr. Hanna was from Elk City, OK. Elbert Johnson, 56 years old, received injuries from the crash and was hospitalized in stable condition.
