Brain Injuries from Catastrophic Vehicle Collisions harm Thousands of Lives each Year

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimate that about 1.4 million people suffer traumatic brain injuries (TBI) each year. Our Tomball accident attorneys note that approximately 50,000 people die, 235,000 sustain severe injuries that require hospitalization, and 1.1 million receive treatment in emergency rooms. The most common causes of TBI are falls, motor vehicle accidents, being struck by a moving object, and assaults.

Treating a traumatic brain injury can leave victims and their families with enormous medical bills.
