Truck Accident Victims may be eligible to hold Negligent Truckers as well as their Employers Financially Accountable for Serious injuries resulting from a Dangerous Wreck
When you and your family members have been seriously injured in a truck wreck, medical expenses can pile up fast, even as you lose wages while out of work recovering. A negligent truck driver won’t necessarily have the resources to help pay those accident costs. But the company that employs him might. And you should know that you might be able to hold that company financially accountable for its employee’s actions and your injuries under the doctrine of employer vicarious liability.
Additionally, truck drivers that were injured because their brakes failed due to inadequate maintenance might also have a cause of action against their employer.
