Harris County DUI Accident Problem the Largest in the Nation
Harris County is traditionally at the top of the national charts each year in the number of DUI incidents and accidents. This is not an accomplishment that we should strive to keep. Efforts to take drunken drivers off the road and lower the toll they take on innocent victims have made some inroads on the problem, but recent news reports indicate a high number of drunken drivers on the roads since the winter holiday period began.
Reports earlier this year had indicated that Harris County was on track to have its lowest number of serious DUI accidents in 5 years. Our Harris County accident attorneys suspect that the latter half of the year may unfortunately have changed that trend.
Our Harris County accident attorneys remind you: Don’t drink and drive. The life you save might even be your own.
